In one of London’s most prestigious hotels, we have transformed the heart-of-house offices at Corinthia London into a refined, high-performing workplace. Delivered within a fast-paced seven-week programme and completed on 14th July 2025, this project balanced prime and luxury finishes with the functionality of a purposeful office. 

The project began with a full strip-out and redesign of the office layout, reshaping the environment into a more functional and collaborative workspace for the hotel’s team. Guided by a careful assessment of operational needs, we introduced flexible working features including a dedicated one-to-one room, internal meeting room, collaboration area and private phone booth into the fit-out design. Each space was thoughtfully planned to enhance efficiency while encouraging connection and teamwork. 

As part of our creative design process, we produced detailed 3D renders and axonometric views to visualise the flow and feel of every space before a single wall was built. From elegant tea points to collaborative areas and a refined media office, these visuals played a crucial role in aligning each design element with the Corinthia brand’s identity and operational needs. This approach ensured smart, purposeful use of every square metre while upholding the high standards of a five-star hotel.
