The ambition behind FACEGYM’s newest London studio at Broadgate was to create a space that helps people look and feel their best. Envisioned to reflect the brand’s distinctive identity, the new wellness destination combines signature finishes, carefully considered customer journeys and bespoke joinery to create an environment that’s every bit as reinvigorating as the treatments themselves. 

We were appointed to deliver the reconfiguration and CAT B fit out of a store within the Broadgate development, transforming the space into a fully operational FACEGYM studio over a five-week programme. 

Working within an occupied commercial environment required careful planning from day one. Our team coordinated all site activities while managing landlord requirements, site logistics and programme sequencing to ensure the project progressed safely, efficiently and on schedule. 

This retail fit out included the construction of new partitions and glazed office areas, new floor finishes throughout, mechanical and electrical alterations, internal decorations, new doors, signage and branded features, alongside comprehensive testing and commissioning before handover. 

One of the highlights of the project was the exceptional joinery manufactured by our team at our in-house workshop. Upon arrival, clients are welcomed by a bespoke front-of-house reception desk. As they move through the studio, they’re guided past retail display units, over-bar shelving, towel units, coat storage, benches, kiosks, manager stations and custom cabinetry, all working together to create an intuitive and welcoming customer journey. Every element was carefully planned to support both the customer experience and the day-to-day operation of the franchise’s store.  

The retail fit out was delivered to align with the brand standards, resulting in a space that feels inviting, vibrant and unmistakably FACEGYM from the moment clients walk through the door.
