Located in the heart of Leicester, the historic Guildhall building has entered a new chapter. We transformed the impressive space into a state-of-the-art office for our client, Oak Spinney.  

With a history dating back to the Middle Ages, the Guildhall has served as a Town Hall, library, police station and performance venue. Today, this Grade I listed landmark continues its legacy with a modern workplace environment designed to support productivity while preserving its unique heritage.  

Spanning the basement, ground floor and three upper levels, this impressive project involved a complete CAT B fit-out delivered to Spaces’ highest standards. Works included the full strip-out of the existing offices, new partition layouts as well as installation of mechanical and electrical services. Our expert team also installed CCTV and door access control systems, acoustic ceilings, floor repairs and fitted a new kitchen area. We then brought the space to life with installed glazed walls, bespoke joinery, high-quality finishes and FF&E, creating a flexible and contemporary workspace across all four floors.
