The relocation of Specsavers’ flagship store to Tottenham Court Road – one of London’s key retail destinations – strengthened its presence in a well-established shopping district. Our aim was to deliver an inviting retail fit out that maximises engagement and commercial performance. With its high footfall and visibility, this flagship store plays a vital role in shaping brand perception, enhancing the customer experience and strengthening Specsavers’ presence on the retail stage. 

Building on our long-standing partnership, we were appointed to deliver this flagship retail fit out as part of a major store relocation and retail refurbishment programme. From the outset, we focused on creating a standout retail environment that balanced brand consistency with the operational demands of a busy central London location.

The project involved significant structural and spatial reconfiguration to transform the unit into a fully operational retail environment. Our expert team delivered a comprehensive retail fit out, including structural works, new stair access and full internal refurbishment across customer-facing and back-of-house areas. With the addition of new partitions, specialist finishes and flooring, we delivered this ambitious project within just 13 weeks. 

We also completed the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations as part of the retail refurbishment, ensuring the store was fully equipped to support consultation rooms, staff facilities and day-to-day operations. Fire safety systems, data infrastructure and compliance requirements were carefully integrated throughout, creating a safe, immersive store.
