Our dedicated team has developed a built-in knowledge of the leading brand through our continued work with the Specsavers team. The result was an exceptional interior CAT B fit-out that enhances the commercial value of the space, maximises its impact, all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. 

For this exceptional relocation of their Edgware store, we carried out the electrical installation, power and data systems, and plumbing. We provided and installed the partitions, ceilings, doors and skirting as well as carrying out the decorations. Alongside this we fitted out the free issue bespoke joinery from Specsavers. This integrated approach gave us control right from the outset, guaranteeing speed to market. Installation of the bespoke joinery took place during the last phase of the fit-out for a high-quality finish.

The project started in August and spanned over seven weeks, with the works continuing ahead of schedule. Our dedicated Project Manager, Michael Templar, kept close contact with site and visited as often as required to deliver the project on time, on budget and on brand. Snagging was carried out over the weekend for project completion on 23^rd September with zero defects. Our passionate team takes pride in delivering high-quality interiors right the first the time, which ensures that stores can open their doors to customers as planned. This commitment to timely handovers is what makes us a trusted partner for roll-out and franchise programmes in the fit-out industry. 

Before the start of the project, we defined lines of communication with all stakeholders and shared all necessary information. We fixed weekly meetings on site to coordinate all trades once the work had begun and made sure daily activities were communicated to the contractors involved. Our goal was to have everyone on the same page, working together as a team, to ensure project success. 

Once again, our integrated approach made all the difference. It was an excellent opportunity to showcase how we can transform a space, delivering an exceptional fit-out within a tight turnaround and exceeding the customer’s expectations.
