In Spring 2023, we delivered the fit-out of Specsavers’ store in Billericay in Essex, one of 46 delivered for the optical retail chain between 2023 and 2024. Located on the high street, the 1,898 ft2 project was an existing Specsavers store undergoing what is known on the framework as a “Rebrand Plus”.

Starting on-site on 4 March 2024, we completely overhauled the store, replacing all furniture and fixtures, installing new floor finishes, new rooms, lighting upgrades and additional mechanical enhancements. We also installed new illuminated glasses display units. The works were successfully completed on 2 April 2024.
