We create hospitality spaces that work as hard as the people running them. Our latest project for Miss Millie’s in Canterbury is a great example of how thoughtful design and a collaborative fit out team can transform an empty unit into a vibrant, high-performing quick service restaurants.

Modern hospitality venues need to be versatile. From peak lunchtime trade to evening rushes and delivery demand, spaces must adapt without compromising flow or service. For Miss Millie’s, our focus was on creating a welcoming environment that supports speed, efficiency and brand experience in equal measure.

Working closely with the Miss Millie’s team, we delivered a full fit out of a previously unoccupied unit. The design focused on optimising workflows and building a strong connection between front-of-house and kitchen operations, essential for high-volume quick service restaurants. Our team also carried out comprehensive mechanical and electrical upgrades to support the new layout and operational demands.

Bespoke joinery played a key role in bringing warmth and character to the space. Customer-facing elements were thoughtfully crafted to reflect the Miss Millie’s identity, creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest experience while standing up to the demands of a busy quick service environment.

The result is a hospitality fit out that balances operational efficiency with brand-led design, supporting both in-restaurant dining and growing delivery demand. We help hospitality brands open f from day on aster, trade better and maximise long-term value with spaces ready to perform.
