DBSJ wins Fit Out Specialist of the Year at the 2024 Construction News Specialists Awards.

Construction News has awarded DBSJ the Fit Out Specialist of the Year prize – an accolade of the passion we put into our work. We’re immensely proud to have such a prestigious institution recognise our integrated fit out approach and the values we hold dear of pride, passion and partnerships.
The awards brought together more than 650 of the UK’s most prominent specialist contractors for a spectacular gala evening at The Royal Lancaster London, where we shared ideas with our peers and celebrated the Awards’ 20th year.
This prestigious prize just goes to show how dedicated our team is with each fit out project we take on. DBSJ Director, Joe Pearson, shared: “Construction News is a leading body in our industry, one long admired by our team. Their recognition of our work as outstanding interior fit out contractors, amongst our peers who are doing an incredible job in the trade we love, has given every member of our business an immense sense of pride.”
The judges were impressed with the team’s ability to balance responsible supply chain management with exceptional delivery. Not only did we win Fit Out Specialist of the Year award, but we were also a finalist for Project of the Year by a Specialist Contractor. Our commitment to not just quality but also a socially responsible product, whilst maintaining a family business approach, was deemed outstanding.
