CAT A spaces are the perfect blank canvas. Our CAT A work will focus on the installation of the building’s mechanical and electrical services, finished internal walls, reception areas and lift lobbies, raised metal flooring, a painted perimeter, and a grid ceiling with fitted lights.

Whereas our CAT B work shapes the interior to ensure it is tailor-made for the occupant. We will take the time to understand your brand and how the space will be used and will fit out the office to include floor finishes, furniture, tea point facilities, partitions, specialist lighting, custom features and branded finishes.
